Return & Exchange Policy

Uni Vision does not offer refunds.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will collaborate with you to rectify any issue, including exchanges in the following situations:

Prescription changes

Prescriptions can change and adjustments may be required as recommended by the doctor. Such modifications typically occur after a follow-up appointment to re-evaluate the prescription. We will re-make lenses within 60 days of dispensing at no extra charge.

If you require a different prescription for contact lenses, we will exchange them at no additional cost. If Uni Vision issued your prescription, you may book a recheck appointment within 60 days at no extra charge. If your prescription was issued elsewhere, you must provide a new written prescription.

Uni Vision is not responsible for charges incurred from prescriptions or purchases from other sources.

Dissatisfaction with Lenses (Non-Adaptation)

If the prescription lenses do not meet your satisfaction within 60 days of the purchase date, we will remake the lenses at no charge to address your concerns. This may require a follow-up visit to our optometrist (or the outside optometrist who provided your prescription) to verify your prescription and create a plan for lens remaking. If the new lenses are less expensive, we will issue a credit. If you upgrade to more expensive lenses, you will be charged the price difference.

Dissatisfaction with Chosen Frames

You may exchange your frames one time within 7 days of purchase. No credit will be issued for frames of lower value. You will be charged for the price difference of frames of higher value. New lenses that do not fit the new frames can be provided at 50% of the original purchase price. The exchanged frames returned must be in their original condition along with the frame case and any applicable certificates of authenticity.

Dissatisfaction with Contact Lenses

Contact lenses may be exchanged to store credit if the original box is unmarked and unopened within 7 days of purchase. We do not exchange opened boxes. Please inquire at the clinic for more information regarding your situation.
